Oversee youth employment programming for the City of Cambridge Office of Workforce Development. Manage large-scale summer youth employment program and several smaller scale school-year youth employment and youth development programs. Hire and supervise staff of 30 youth workers. Serve on the Department’s Race and Equity Steering Committee. Facilitate large and small events and meetings. Program and curriculum development and assessment.

Train and supervise staff of 45 (as many as 100+ seasonally) diverse employees in a fast-paced retail environment. Provide strong customer service across four retail sub-brands. Track sales targets and motivate staff around meeting goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
