✅ HOW IT BEGAN:What began as a career as a Process Engineer had turned into a remarkable job in manufacturing operational leadership. My focus has been on continuous improvement throughout my career, developing the leaders of tomorrow, and improving EBITDA.My father's influence as a senior electrical engineer and my natural ability for math and science sparked my interest in chemical engineering. After graduating from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science, I began my career as a Process Engineer. In 2006, I joined Baelocher, a decision that would positively alter my career path. After two years of working in engineering, the new CEO identified management capability, and I pivoted into manufacturing operations as a Production Manager. As a lifelong learner, I returned to school and obtained my Master of Science from the University of Dayton in 2009 while continuing my climb up the corporate ladder.
