I am a IT Leader with a background in Unified Communications Engineering, Collaboration and Architecture. My Digital Collaboration team and I find the most efficient ways to support and deliver Collaboration applications to our customers and business partners to enable them to get their job done. I also articulate technology in a way that helps customers and business partners understand what goes on "behind the curtain".The field support team and I ensure a seamless support transition from other IT support areas like our 1st level Service desk and our Collaboration team to provide on-site support when it is required.I have also lead the Distributed Systems team, which maintains the security and standards of Servers for Tampa Electric, Peoples Gas and New Mexico Gas. We assist in the installation and troubleshooting of applications that run on our servers. We also maintain the patch program which includes patching for NERC and corporate servers and applications.I have 20+ years of experience in designing, integrating and managing a large voice network with more than 30 PBX's. I have designed and implemented innovative designs to increase user efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. I have initiated and led many projects including in-house conferencing systems, VoIP, E911, Fax server, SIP trunking, IVR, Contact Center, QM, Workforce management and Network Management. I have also had lead rolls in large system replacements for an end to end Contact Center Solution as well as a full network migration from Legacy TDM Voice to IP Collaboration including Voice, Video, IM, Presence and Conferencing.I have several years of experience as an IT leader. I continue to guide our teams to improving the ease of use, ease of learning and ease of access to integrated and advanced IT tools for our business partners so they can more effectively do their jobs without having to think about the technology.
