As part of the Decentralized Identity team at Anonyome, I primarily develop the Rust-based SDK stacks for a native mobile (iOS & Android) Decentralized Identity agent (Edge Agent).This role has involved;planning and designing the SDK interface and internals, developing the core driver in Rust, developing infrastructure to compile the Rust implementation into Kotlin and Swift interfaces (FFI) and binaries,creating and releasing an Android SDK wrapping over the FFI, andwriting Android & iOS applications for demonstrating/testing the SDKs.

As an intern at Anonyome, I worked with the Android development team on Anonyome's consumer app; MySudo. I learnt my way around the production grade Android application and learnt the practices Anonyome applies to produce well engineered consumer applications. As an intern, i contributed to several production features, most notable a heavy refactor effort to support dark-mode.

Outside of working hours, I devote some time to helping maintain the open source Hyperledger Decentralized Identity Rust project; Aries-vcx.This includes reviewing community PRs, working on features & refactors and contributing to architectural decisions with the team of maintainers/community.

As an extension of the Hyperledger Aries VCX project maintenance, I participated in The Linux Foundation's mentorship program as a mentor. As a mentor, I overlooked and advised mentees on their Aries VCX Mentorship projects. Particularly, I focused on mentoring an effort to refactor the Aries VCX Foreign Function Interface (FFI) for Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) mobile consumption. As well as refactoring the CI/CD processes for building and releasing the Aries VCX binaries for mobile architectures.
