Upon return from seven years living abroad, I accepted a position as onsite IT Director at the Grand Canyon National Park, reporting directly to the Regional IT Director. I am a hands-on manager, overseeing a team of technicians. Together we maintain the hospitality and administrative infrastructure for five hotels, four restaurants + several offices & remote sites throughout the property.

Primarily - Design, implementation and maintenance of an efficient, failure resistant, global E-Commerce network that must interconnect securely and reliably to a wide variety of commercial networks.Additionally - implementation and maintenance of multi-platform server/network architecture. 2nd level internal and customer support when needed.
