Develop our land surveying business in North Dakota and Western Minnesota in support of our aviation, transportation and municipal markets and operate as an independent service provider as needed. Utilize 30 years of surveying, management and leadership experience to develop the survey operations into a top local provider and expand these services companywide.

Lead the Land Services Department including the Land Surveying teams, Right-of-Way teams and GIS teams across multiple office. Managed the overall operations of the Land Department including business planning, budgeting and staffing. Provided land surveying expertise to many client for boundaries, construction, control, elevation certificates, ALTA surveys, topographical surveys, tower site surveys, legal descriptions, route/corridor surveys and site designs. Lead land survey projects for Communications, Transportation, Aviation, Energy and Municipal clients.

Provided management, land surveying and crew chief duties for many types of survey projects. Most notable projects include boundary, mapping and control surveys for the Army Corps of Engineers; construction layout for the Fargo Dome, Newman Stadium, Ralph Engelstad Arena, Pembina Border Crossing, East Grand Forks Schools, Hector Field and the Grand Forks AFB; design surveys and construction staking for Ducks Unlimited; corridor mapping and construction layout for many energy clients including Xcel Energy, Minnkota Power, Great River Energy, ITC, Alliant, CIPCO, Central Power and Basin Electric; ALTA Surveys, Lot Surveys, Farmstead Surveys, Easement Surveys and Elevations Surveys were all common project types.
