Led the development and implementation of a Change Management process to support the successful deployment of a $56 million transformational business systems project, ensuring business readiness across the components of people, process, and technology. Created and trained a network of change agents across business units to lead their teams through the transformation.

Supervised the Human Resources team supporting Timberland's North America operations. Implemented EDGE, a process improvement decision making tool modeled from the General Electric WorkOut program to drive Efficiency, Development, changGe, and Empowerment.

Established Timberland as a company committed to environmental sustainability. Ensured that environmental considerations were integrated into design, development, production, marketing, and retail operations. Launched Life Skills Training for factory workers in China providing access to basic needs and rights such as medical services, child care, and housing.

Developed and executed an International Distributors strategy to improve existing and expand Timberland's business opportunities in 47 countries worldwide. Negotiated and signed distribution agreements in 11 countries in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America. Opened 55 Timberland flagship stores, 92 concept shops, and 8 factory outlet stores while maintaining the company's highest standards for visual and product merchandising, as well as profitability.
