I worked across numerous projects and accounts, from client-facing consultancy and projectmanagement across Ireland, South East Asia and Australia. The projects I was involved with included the design and implementation of solutions for leadership development programs, attraction and selection at different levels, from graduates to executives. I trained and supported clients in the use of integrated assessment technologies and systems, including online psychometric assessments, 360 surveys, video-interview, virtual assessment centres and feedbacks.

IIC is a Research, Development and Innovation centre which builds tranfer of technology for society.My responsibilities were the design and development of bespoke aptitude, personality and competencies tools (online and offline), Feedback 360, performance, among others, to both public and private sector clients. This included the project definition, data analysis, quiality control, reporting and coordination with other departments (IT, graphics, research, etc) to meet tight deadlines and service level agreements. Product monitoring using statistical techniques such as item analysis and norm group development. Identification of development opportunities together with partners of the psychometric department of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
