Lead an engineering team focused on Systems Management. The team is responsible for contributing to open source projects that enable hybrid-cloud capabilities in Red Hat's products.

Developed and lead a team responsible for products related to automated diagnostics, analytics and monitoring in Red Hat's Systems Management portfolio. I lead the design and development of ETL frameworks to perform multifaceted customer data analytics, in-product integrations, automated issue resolution and business rules management.I also led the development of Linux Kernel Source Browser for shipping kernels to Red Hat's customers and strategic partners. I was responsible for integrating complex source code search and change tracking functionality into Red Hat's award-winning Customer Portal.

Conducted a graduate course on GNU/Linux for students of Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology offered by Department of Physics, Mumbai University. Responsibilities included taking theory lectures, hands-on practical sessions, taking theory and practical exams and evaluating students' performance. Also consulted with the University Computer Center.

Designed and architected a movie review mashup that consumes data from Netflix, New York Times, Amazon and Youtube. MovieAB.com is a unique social network that lets its users browse through a vast collection of movie titles, post their reviews and follow updates from friends and their activities.

Played an integral part in launching Spokn.com web portal. Delivered a web application that allows subscribers to browse the product offerings, signup for VoIP services, manage their billing information and convert to paid subscribers by paying via Credit card, Paypal and prepaid coupons.Conceptualized and implemented the architecture, along with end-to-end delivery of Spokn VMS product on the Facebook platform. After gaining popularity in mobile VAS space, delivered white-labeled Spokn VMS solutions for leading mobile operators in India.

Delivered standalone Indian Railways trains search engine application from conceptualization phase to production release. Responsibilities included architecting every aspect of the application in a way that response times for results page are blazing fast. Cleartrip trains was the first product in the travel industry to show train routes & stations map, connecting trains and fastest results.Rolled out trains booking product in association with IRCTC, 8 months ahead of our closest competition. Responsibilities included creating a superfast frontend for searching trains and integrating the trains product with IRCTC's webservices API & Cleartrip's ticketing system.Delivered Cleartrip promotions and holidays product. Responsibilities included creating an automated product catalog of holidays and promotions with MIS and support workflow.Maintained the server infrastructure for corporate network and email. Implemented SugarCRM solution for the customer service agents and phased out an older CRM solution.

Worked at the computer lab as a visiting staff. Responsibilities included testing and deploying web applications, teaching Python and GNU/Linux to new students, remastering custom GNU/Linux distribution ``Gnoware'' and administering production servers hosted at the center.
