Goar B is the mastermind behind the innovative music concept and the iconic hit of "Mambo No.5" and the album "A Little Bit of Mambo". Both the music production and the entire image concept originated from him. After conceptualizing the musical direction and sound, he enlisted David Balemezi to embody the persona of Lou Bega and represent the project. Goar B was signed worldwide for 10 years as a music producer with his Lou Bega project at BMG/Sony. Throughout the contractual tenure with the record label, he retained ownership of the Lou Bega name and concept.GOAR B is one of the few German music producers with wide ranging international success. More than 70 Gold and Platinum Records in over 40 countries represent his class. His productions are published in internationally successful movies and television shows. He produced the theme song for “Marsupilami“, several Songs for the TV-Show “Ally Mc Beal“ and for Germanys most successful movie of all time: “Der Schuh des Manitu“. Even more GOAR B supported films and TV shows by US companies like Walt Disney, Dream Works, Sony Pictures and Warner Brothers as well as advertisements by McDonalds, Karstadt, Jacobs Coffee and Toyota with music recorded in his studios.Since 1997 the musician GOAR B works as songwriter, composer and independent Music-Producer with his own company Unicade Music. Several established Chartartists were discovered and coached in the very beginning by Goar B. As mastermind and music producer of “Mambo No. 5” he achieved with his artist LOU BEGA to be on top of the worldwide music charts. The Album “A little bit of Mambo” hit the 3rd place in the American Charts, causing a Grammy Nomination. He sold over 14 Million records. GOAR B shifted his activity to the USA and established a branch in New York.Since his early youth GOAR B was a talented guitar player in several international formations from rock to jazz. Creative and groundbreaking he began to connect various musical styles with his own compositions and arrangements. In addition he studied economics and electronic engineering after his school graduation. Before he became an independent producer, he worked several years for one of the leading company of the music industry BMG/Sony. As the manager of the staff department: “new business/ joint ventures“ he was able to build up a remarkable wealth of experience. In this time, he significantly participated in buying the Label LOGIC, which became one of the most successful German labels internationally with the song “I´ve got the power”.
