My experience is diverse as I have had four years of experience in the Tourism sector as a Barback / Bartender. After which, I joined the Royal Bahamas Police Force and gained knowledge in law enforcement and criminal investigations. Acting in that capacity of authority, I have acquired a skillset that enables me to adapt and adjust on "the fly". I would've given eight years of service prior to resigning with an honorable discharge. I then gained employment with Commonwealth Bank in the capacity of a Customer Service Rep, dealing with restructuring loans, collecting debt and the recovery of the company's assets. After nine years in the Banking Industry, I ventured into private Security as the part owner of a Security firm. I have since been employed with Bimini Bay Resort since 2010 in the capacity of a Surveillance Officer, then being promoted to Surveillance Supervisor. After the acquisition and construction of a hotel under the Hilton brand and Casino on the mentioned property, my employment extended to Resorts World / Hilton in the Security department. As a result, I was instrumental in the implementation and structuring of the Security department for the opening of the resort and Casino in 2014. I was promoted to Security Manager for the resort as of 2017 and continue to act in that capacity to date.
