Support D&I strategic initiatives by analyzing inclusion metrics in order to recommend and implement programs corporate-wide (80,000+ employees). Create efficiencies in process and improving the employee experience. Corporate & Field Recruiter/ Diversity Business Practices for 84 Lumber. My main focus is in Diversity Business Practices. Multiple involvement in community relations and College Campus Recruiting. I source multiple avenues for entry level Management career minded professionals.
