Sr. Quality Analyst - Vendor Operations Nov ’12 till Apr ’14 To ensure the in-process quality and the final product quality at the supplier end by scheduling the timely in-line process and product audits at the supplier end. Establish and maintain actions to identify and eliminate Customer Quality concerns. Root cause analysis and action plan for Customer complaints Conducting the TQRDC audits for the existing customers as well as conducting new vendor audits. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with the suppliers. Manage Supplier performance and create action plans to address those that underperform. Creating a reliable vendor base with vendor evaluations, audits & product development in collaboration with Vendor development team. Coordinating with vendors & Marketing team for development of components. Supporting the technical team during the development of the new products. Worked on the NVH Project (Noise Vibration Harness) for the 4W OEM industry parallel to the above responsibilities.
