 Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level  Acknowledging and resolving customer's complaints promptly.  Keeping records of customer engagements on CRM.  Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional service across all channels.  Empowering customers with product knowledge and basic troubleshooting where required.  Ensure that issues are resolved on FTR (First time resolution) basis where necessary  Keep track of all customer feedback and forward to the lead on shift.

 Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessment and other safety risk assessment to support health safety and environmental management. Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.  Participate in detailed incidents investigations and root cause analysis. Perform other work related task as required or assigned.

Making sure that all warehouse operations are carried out in accordance with company policies. Maintaining inventory records to track the location of all inventory items. Communicating with the vendors to ensure that they deliver goods on time and as specified by company guidelines. Reviewing inventory levels and ordering new goods as needed.
