OBOH, Godwin Oviemuno has over 29 years (2020) of working experience as a Petroleum Geologist in the E&P world with extensive experience in geological well-sitting and operations geology involving geological monitoring of drilling and well performance; specializing in management, supervision and data quality control (rig site/ office) both onshore, offshore and the deep offshore of the Niger-Delta basin. Six (6) of these years have been on development/ reservoir geology and modeling. He has also been involved in CFT (Call For Tenders)/ Technical and Commercial bid analyses (mud logging & wire-line logging contracts). He has worked both with the servicing companies and some of the major IOCs. He was a data manager (Geo-Information) for 2 years; 4 years as GSR-Corporate Interface manager prior to his current position. He is currently a Geoscience-PAR (Partners & Authority Relations) Management staff of TOTAL E&P NIG. LTD. responsible for “INTERFACING” with authorities (NNPC, NAPIMS, DPR, NDR); Professional Organisations (COMEG, NAPE, NMGS, SPE); and Universities.He obtained his degrees (B.Sc. Geology and M.Sc. Petroleum Geology- specialising in Pore-Pressure Studies & Prediction) in 1985 and 1997 respectively from the University of Benin, Benin-city, Nigeria.
