Current• Leading and overseeing a 5-member team of analysts to conduct investigations, recruitment background checks (integrity management).• Facilitating trainings on Security, Cybercrime, AML, Intelligence and Financial crimes etc.• Conducting Technical Surveillance Countermeasure (TSCM) services for private and corporate institutions.• Preparing and reviewing detailed written investigative reports while maintaining strict confidentiality.• Drafting and presenting security policies for organizations.• Obtaining and analyzing information on suspects and crimes to identify criminal activity and gathering information for further investigations.• Performing undercover investigations. • Conducting physical security assessments for organizations.• Designing undercover operations to evaluate the performance and honesty of employees (mystery shopping)• Providing IT and Technical Support In-House
