This approach has cultivated trust for my clients and employers among their audiences.With over 15 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, I possess an in-depth understanding of various roles, from volunteer positions to boardroom responsibilities. Employing the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) theory, I have a proven track record of helping organizations engage as equal partners with their target audience. I focus on harnessing available assets within and to benefit the target community.My professional endeavours span LGBTQ+ advocacy, public health, homelessness, open science, social community initiatives and amplifying the voice of under-represented communities. I have experiences spanning the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, and have also worked as a consultant, trainer, and life coach.
