Team consists of 7 HR Professionals (Payroll and C&B) and 6 HR Services Staff (Reception, Tea Lady, Company Doctor and Driver) and dotted line Store HR Responsibles• To take lead HR Operations, HR Services, C&B, Employee Affairs, Payroll and Job Safety processes • To take lead and conduct the improvement and designing projects of C&B, Employee Affairs and Payroll processes

Payroll Unit Manager and Job Safety Specialist are direct reports, team consists of 4 professionals• To take lead C&B, Employee Affairs, Payroll & Job Safety process improvement & HRIS projects, in accordance with the worldwide strategies and local requirements/internal customer’/business’ needso Creation of the Company Salary Policy and Grade System and new salary increase methodology o Improvement of the bonus system for the store employees• To be a strategic partner of the HR Inovation Projects for A.S. Watson Europe

Compensation & Benefits Partner for Turkey and Baltic CountriesReporting to the CEE Compensation & Benefit Leader (in Dublin) • To take lead and conduct the Compensation & Benefit processes for Turkey and Baltic countries, in accordance with the worldwide strategies and local requirements/internal customer’/business’ needs• To consult/be a C&B partner for TR and Baltic Countries’ HR team,o Promotions and Salary Increaseso Bonus Systemso All other Compensation & Benefit Programs

• To manage or being a strategic business partner of the process improvement and HRIS projects• To take lead/implement & design Talent Management/Promotion Processes -Assessment center/competency-based interviews, personality inventories & feedbacks - and conduct the other HR professionals• To design & manage the compensation & benefit systems as well as preventing the customer's/business’s needs, according to the budget and market benchmarks• To manage & implement the evaluation of positions (HAY), compensation policies, salary surveys & increase studies, C&B budget and monthly/annual bonus calculations and performance evaluation system

• To coordinate the HR processes for Omsan subsidiaries in Germany, Russia, France, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria and Romania (Nearly 500 employees in total),o To control the payrolls and prepare labour contracts according to the salary policies and local regulations o To follow up/control the benefit package applications and vacation policies o To conduct the salary increases -Based on the inflation ratio and according to the employees performance- and grading systemo To conduct the HR supporters in Omsan subsidiaries• To conduct the Performance Management and Competency Evalution Systems for domestic employees • To design the processes (including operational processes) and define/follow up the Key Performance Indicators for all company processes• To prepare or revise the job descriptions of the employees • To take lead for all issues relevant with Quality-Environmental Management Systems
