Key Responsibilities • Maintaining good relationship with patients and KOL's supporting them for effective control of diabetes.• Maintaining Patient database by capturing relevant patient details for record and monitoring their health conditions regularly.• Organize CME, PEP for patients & Workshop for Nurse on Diabetes management.• Design standardized Hand outs for diabetes clients• Retailing activities and conducting marketing camps at retail level. • Training patients for insulin pen technique, self injections and self monitoring.• Train new staff and ensure that competencies are met and documented.• Giving PPT presentations for various scientific updates.• Individualized Counseling on discharge based on the treatment.• Organize regular diabetes educational session for patient. • Upgrade once own knowledge with International Standards.• Organize regular diabetes educational session for patient.• Develop and conduct demonstration for patients regarding insulin pen technique.• Regular reporting and feedback.• Acting as a key driver to liaise between physicians and patients to deliver best quality treatment to the diabetic patient.
