Network Operations Center Engineer
Current- As a NOC Engineer, I will be responsible for managing incidents, monitoring both internal networks and managed services, and responding to customer requests, and inquiries to major clients which include emergency.

- Ensuring service requests and faults are responded to promptly, and letting our customers know what’s going on by sending Outage notifications– in line with service levels (SLAs).
- Assisting the operation/delivery team in provisioning and onboarding new fiber and radio customers.
- Triage faults and troubleshoot/resolve or assign and escalate to Internal Engineering teams or work along till service restoration.
- Provisioning moves/adds & changes to the site diagram, working along with field tech in configuring new network gears, ensuring sending outage notifications, and keeping customers updated on time.
