I've spent the past 15+ years doing a mix of Full Desk Recruiting, leading Talent Acquisition teams, and doing Contract Recruiting for high growth companies. I enjoy partnering with hiring managers to build incredible teams and it has been a joy watching individuals grow their careers from interns to leaders and strive to be the best at what they do.Most recently I was on the founding team at Bolster, an executive talent technology solution that combines the power of experienced recruiters with our intelligent sourcing platform. At Bolster, I got the opportunity to build a company and over the last 4 years I've done everything from building the executive supply side, launch the executive search practice, in-house recruiting, inside sales & customer success.
