I joined Universal CityWalk just before the launch of the updated CityWalk property in 1999 to assist with their grand reopening. Once that was complete I joined the sales team where we were tasked with bringing events to the properties at CityWalk. ● Created new revenue by building and managing a pipeline of customer prospects from identification to negotiation to execution for small and large events at Universal CityWalk.● Collaborate with event management team to ensure fantastic event execution.● Achieve annual sales quota based on targets set by business leaders.● Help customers think creatively about their events including event details and overall budgets.
