Prepare international students for an immersive cultural experience in Cape Town, South Africa. Our sessions are centered around identity, purpose, social justice, global citizenship, besides discussions around historical context and today's South Africa.

Serve as an academic and project orientator for +100 students from +35 countries in several Leadership as a Practice courses, with a focus on discussing identity, global issues, community development and working on social impact projects. I also supported the program, which served about 1,500 students from 89 countries, with curriculum and program feedback, speaker series’ organization and as a coach in the mentorship program.

Supervise, coach, mentor, and facilitate curriculum learning for a group of 9 foreign students doing a 7-month gap year program in Brazil. Manage their relationship with over 15 local partners including families and other NGOs and schools. Support the large group of 40 students in the country. Organize national trips and sessions.

Support with implementation of a Latin American recruitment and validation project targeted at migrants and refugees in the region, with a focus on the Venezuelan diaspora, framed under the Canadian Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot in partnership with Talent Beyond Boundaries.

Research, select and analyze primary and secondary data related to cannabis and hemp in LATAM. Published comprehensive reports and articles. Led related webinars and events. Support consultancy projects for Europe.

I am responsible for managing the relationship between Visit.org, companies and nonprofits, both existing and new, to guarantee a successful, purposeful and impactful experience for all. I support the matching process of companies and nonprofits, the design of social impact experiences that can leverage the needs and strenghts of all stakeholders and I support our partner organizations for success.
