Reporting to the Chief Resource Officer, I handle graphic communications and assist with community events and programs for Goddard Riverside and the Isaacs Center, their sister agency. The role involves creating visual communications—electronic, print, and environmental—to ensure the message and mission of Goddard Riverside and the Isaacs Center are accurately and consistently articulated across our 35+ programs, initiatives, and community. Role Highlights• Support Goddard and Isaacs programs by designing print and electronic communications materials including, but not limited to, informational and promotional brochures, posters, and signage• Provide training and develop systems (such as Canva Pro, etc.) and resources (Style Guide) to ensure adherence to Goddard's Brand Identity and Standards• Support the Development Department and programs with print and digital collateral (invitations, programs, video recording/editing, etc.) for events• In partnership with the Director of Annual Giving and Director of Major and Planned Gifts, design print and digital solicitations and coordinated web and social media collateral for fundraising efforts•Design and order promotional and giveaway materials (clothing, pens, bags, etc.) for the agency•Maintain relationships with key vendors for print and physical materials• Support the Development team in creating presentations and other communications for the President, board members, and senior staff• Initiate a new photo storage program (Canto) to maintain a photo/video library across the agency• Design website to meet all ADA & Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG) and Brand Identity and Standards• In partnership with the Director of PR, maintain the agency websites on WordPress and oversee contracted web developers for continued improvements• Supervise freelance designers and assist with supervising and onboarding interns for our team
