Ihave identified, detailed and implemented software responsible for up to a 43% increase in productivity, and reduced the reporting time associated with that task from almost 3 days to just over 6 hours, in addition I located, interviewed, hired and lead the team of developers responsible for the construction of the software ensuring that all appropriate use of the SDLC was adhered to. I have worked with Microsoft, Novell, and multiple LINUX flavors as far as OS usage goes, in addition to a number of productivity and software suites or packages to include MS Office.I am a dedicated, motivated, Technology Manager and Director; I truly thrive on the responsibility and requirements to improve, and manage Informational Technologies and find a great deal of satisfaction in the end result when I am allowed to perform to my full potential.
