Utah Wearable Robotics Lab• Designed from its initial concept, a portable pneumatic wristband device to give rich multi point tactile feedback, creating unique communicative patterns such as Morse code and braille. Allowing the user to receive messages via their wrist without the need of vision. Intended for people who are visually impaired or military use. • Produced test characteristics and benchmarks using Python’s OpenCV and Microfluidic Analysis to further improve the product and classify its potentials.• Professionally communicated ideas with two Mechanical Engineering Professors in a weekly basis to update them on the current design and report new findings.• Co-wrote an IEEE research paper showcasing findings, ideas, and applications of the Portable Pneumatic Device which was accepted by the IEEE committee to be presented in their 2022 Sensors Conference
