Josh Goodman helps clients navigate all aspects of antitrust law, including merger reviews, government investigations, litigation, and counseling. He represents clients before the FTC, DOJ Antitrust Division, state agencies, and in court. Previously, Josh served as a deputy assistant director of the FTC and as counsel to the director of the FTC’s Bureau of Competition.
