Responsibilities include managing day to day operations including prep work and service, managing and ordering stock with an aim to minimise wastage, and managing cleaning to ensure a hygienic kitchen.This role has pushed me to work more independently, including managing my own day to day schedule.

I have been building my skills and work ethic in the hospitality industry since 2019. My journey began as a front-of-house team member, where I developed strong customer interaction skills and a customer-centric mindset.In time, I transitioned to a kitchen porter role, and ultimately, became a line chef. Despite having no prior experience in the kitchen, I quickly adapted to the fast-paced environment, learned the menu, and mastered essential cooking techniques.Through these experiences, I have cultivated a strong work ethic and adaptability that I believe are applicable across various environments.
