Job Description:We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our organization's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.Responsibilities:Install, configure and maintain servers, networks, and software applicationsMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as neededDevelop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect our organization's data and systemsPerform routine backups and disaster recovery proceduresCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and applicationsStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of ITProvide technical support to end-users and resolve their IT-related issuesMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, changes, and upgradesParticipate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 availability of IT systems and applicationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fieldAt least 3-5 years of experience in system administration, network administration, or a related fieldExperience with server virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-VProficiency in Windows and Linux operating systemsWorking knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN technologiesExperience with cloud-based services such as AWS or AzureStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentCertification in relevant technologies such as Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA is a plus.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
