Looking after Maintenance & Project

• Looking after Static equipment, Cross- Country Pipeline, Oil Jetty Facility and Rotary Equipment related to Handling of LPG, Propane and Butane.• Planning & Documentation of Equipment’s maintenance and overhauling.• Departmental Capex & Opex Budget preparation & its execution with Tendering and Tender finalization.• Vendor development, Contractor’s handling & Spare parts procurement.• Tendering for procurement of spares & service jobs.• Preparing audit related documents & conducting MDT audits in other Terminal as audit Tema members.• Worked for revamping project of ship unloading facilty of Haldia Oil Jetty-2 along with carrying of 02 nos of Hot Tapping and stopple job, installation of 01 Nos of Marine Unloading Arm and its piping and valve manifold area. Worked from design finalization from drawing till execution and its commissioning.• Replacement of eleven number of process heat exchanger from design finalization to procurement and dismantling of old heat exchanger and erection of new heat exchanger at site including tendering of all consumables and its erection job.• Completed zero flaring in our day to day process operation. Flaring is zero and only pilot gas is burning @ 1.5 Kg/hr.• Presently working in the Project for feeding LPG through Rail Wagon to North East by setting up of LPG Loading Wagon Siding at Haldia and unloading Siding at Nagoan, Thekeraguri, Assam.• Presently working in the Project for replacement of conventional heating with steam to air heating. This will lead to tremendous saving in utility cost by more that 60%.

• Looking after maintenance of Static & Rotary Equipment along with execution of Project activities• Spares management system.• Looking after Statutory requirements in facilities like testing of LPG mounded bullet, Pressure Vessels, Lifting Tackles, NDT etc.• Periodical inspection of mother tank for double wall atmospheric cryogenic propane and butane of 16000 MT capacity each along with cryogenic multistage submersible pump.• Looking after the capacity augmentation project of 2026 MT X 3 Nos LPG Mounded Bullet along with installation 01 Nos of 10 Ton flash Gas compressor and additional cooling tower.• Worked for decommissioning of Atmospheric Refrigerated Butane Tank of 16000 MT capacity. Including tendering of valves, studs and gaskets.• Worked in the project of revamping project of Haldia Oil Jetty-1 ship unloading facility along with dismantling of old 02 nos of Marine unloading arm and erection of new 02 nos of marine unloading arm along with replacement of piping along with valves in Valve manifold area. Worked from design finalization from drawing till execution and its commissioning.• Worked for construction of LPG Cross-country pipeline for tap off point for connection to PHDPL (Paradeep Haldia Durgapur Pipeline) for transfer of LPG to Durgapur, Kalyani, Banka section.

• Worked in Cement Grinding Unit• To motivate operator and workers for both maintenance and production enhancement.• Scheduling and conducting preventive maintenance activities.• Breakdown maintenance/ root cause analysis and corrective actions.• Implementation of checklist and documentation of maintenance.• Updating maintenance measurable and continuous improvements.• Knowledge on MTTR & MTBF and Awareness on ISO and EMS System.• Exposure on problem solving and QC Tools, 5S, PPEs, Safety Risk, Hazard Identification, Safe work Practices.• Spares management system.• Willingness to learn/ train others, sharing knowledge/ experience.• Ability to work as a Team, Passion towards Continual Improvements.

• Looking after 3000 MT per day clinkerization project with all equipment supplied by Thyssenkrup india Pvt. Ltd.• Learned about maintenance of equipment in existing integrated cement unit.• Learned about maintenance of Raw Mill, Coal mill, cement mill, Belt conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Pre-heated tower etc.• Fabricated the pre-heater fan with the shaft of rolling machine and fabricated the fan with M.S plate and hard facing electrode to run the plant during the lead time of the fan.
