• Leadership role in our new product and new region entry (FLEXCUBE in Europe) entry and penetration into the Western European market and later into the Eastern Europe and CIS countries. • Played a key role as the Head of Customer Fulfilment for the Europe and African regions and managed many customer relationships effectively. Customer base and revenue in Europe grew significantly during my tenure. Handled a challenging and critical portfolio – over 35 customer relationships including global relationships such as RaboBank, UBS, Eurobank and others, a complex market with multiple languages, cultures and regulations, a team of over 100 resources and a revenue stream of over USD 20 Million.• In my role as Senior Manager and Consultant, executed many Banking System Implementation Projects in various countries in ASPAC and EMEA Regions thereby gaining exposure to the banking practices across the world.
