I am a senior executive with 25+ years’ experience in strategy, product design and digital transformation. I have a proven track record in launching new digital products and leading teams on a transformation journey. I am intellectually curious and bring an "outside-in" perspective to solve problems. I am currently working as Portfolio Lead for Strategy & Operations in Australia Technology Division. Previously, I worked on various transformation initiatives supporting home loan momentum, customer service operations and the digital portfolio.
