As the head of engineering, developed: DirectDialogs: Brand Loyalty / Group Loyalty for retail chains and buy-local programs. Launched successfully with customers in the US and India.- Defined the product roadmap, chose right technology and established processes for rapid development- Designed the architecture that encompasses scalable and secure APIs, serverless functions, queues, cloud sync framework, modern UX frameworks, native mobile apps and cross platform apps, social media integration, artificial intelligence models and seamless cloud scale.- Managed a team of 10 engineers to drive the product that eventually won the best cloud app on Azure contest by Microsoft, in 2012.- Azure servers and Sql Azure set up for scale handle around 200K API requests/day, from around 200 stores and 2M customer base.DDSpark: A product development service that helped several startups go from idea to their first Minimum Viable Product and eventually to a complete product. Developed several products such as digital legacy, executive business simulations, score prediction NFL gaming app, app linking patients, physicians and labs, security risk analysis based on ELK stack, referral rewards program among others. - Execsims business simulations is used by management schools and for corporate training in the US, Europe and Africa to handle business simulations. Complex models process hundreds of thousands of variables up to a million for each simulation run. Hosted in Azure and runs on Mongo DB.- Referral Rewards is used by auto dealers in the US to process tens of thousands of referrals and gift card rewards every month.
