With a master's degree in biochemical engineering and biotechnology. I have 20 years of experience in leading winning teams delivering complex transformational and continuous improvement projects across the brewing industry.In my current role, I oversee a multifunctional, highly skilled team with end-to-end technical responsibility, covering supply chain strategy, sustainability, operational excellence, R&D and innovations, major capital projects, quality and environmental health & safety. I am passionate about developing high-performing and self-managing teams and fostering a people-first culture that enables world-class results. I have demonstrated expertise in R&D, brewing, packaging, network optimization, change management, technical compliance, and asset care. My mission is to coach and inspire people to unlock their full potential, and to drive growth and value for Molson Coors and its customers.I feel honoured to serve as an executive member of EBC, Brewers of Europe, and as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) leadership council for Molson Coors Western Europe. These positions allow me to contribute to the betterment of the brewing industry and promote inclusivity and diversity within it.
