I’m a self-motivated person with a creative mind and I always do my best to find new ways to promote my workplace. Creating new promotions and promote them through socials are the best part of my job. I’m also very responsible when it comes to budgeting. I plan everything beforehand. I believe that if you are proactive, you can handle any unexpected situation calmly. My Human Resource management study comes handy when I deal with my staff. I’m staff-friendly and work with them as a team leader. Even though I have more than ten years management experience (Burger King, McDonald’s, Beach-lands Cafe, Sierra Cafe, Brew’d Bar, currently at Rizzo's pizzeria & kitchen for Star Hospitality Group Ltd.) I still have a long way to go and I am always up for learning new things and accept new challenges.I have a passion for retail and ability to inspire others. I got excellent written and verbal communication. I consider myself as a real “go getter” meaning I am a self-starter, able to work on my own and engage others around me. I like to be a leader of change and invigorate the staff to be brand ambassadors. I am highly organized with great ability to influence. Also, I am a lover of great customer service and ability to create a culture of excellence.
