A pioneer in the use of experimental design for marketing testing, I have shared innovations in direct, digital, retail, and multichannel testing and “front line” analytics with academic experts (Yale, Wharton, UT) and market leaders in retail, consumer goods, financial services, direct marketing, telecommunications, media and publishing. (And it’s pretty cool having case studies published in both statistics and marketing textbooks in the same year.)At the intersection of marketing strategy and advanced analytics, I work to leverage companies’ creativity and harness the potential energy of data to pinpoint new opportunities, accelerate learning, clarify insights, improve customer experience, and squeeze out greater marketing ROI.
