About Gordon Black

Having handed over Command of the Army Training Unit North West, I have the privilege of managing the Altcar 620 acre site with 720 beds, probably one of the best range complexes in the UK with 10 full bore ranges, plus indoor range, clay range and DCCT. 4 x large dry training areas, various buildings including accommodation, classrooms, briefing/conference rooms, cookhouse, welfare facilities and a stores complex.
