Supporting the corporate mandate to grow the PPP business in North America, Gordon leads a bid team developing projects across North America. Projects are assigned from early stage development where he leads participation in Industry Forums, Market Soundings, Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, Preferred Proponent Negotiations and Commercial Close. Supported by a strong organization with global experience a high win rate has been achieved in this market.

Through a national mandate to grow the Project Management line of business developed a diversified growth model and drove new contracts consistently exceeding targets.

Maintained a network of industry contacts and market intelligence across multiple service lines. Worked with operations leads to develop business models to meet unique client requirements in areas of operations and maintenance and consulting services. Led the development of technical proposals incorporating unique strategies to leverage competitive advantage.

Reporting to a Regional Director, led a team of Facility Managers and support staff in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of over 500 buildings in South Central Ontario. Overall responsibility for portfolio operating budgets. Provided mentoring to team members in financial analysis, Asset Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Management.

Reporting to the Area Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a portfolio of over 250 buildings. Successfully transitioned this portfolio from an in-house to outsourced model managing transition activities including stakeholder introductions, bottom-up budget development, implementation of maintenance plans and hiring staff.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the Facilities department for a major commercial casino. Met all Aboriginal content requirements prior to opening. Responsible as owners representative for handover of facility and systems, testing and commissioning. Developed a project team to deliver major repairs and renovations with internal resources. Led a department of 51 staff including skilled trades.
