Engineering Associate
CurrentCurrently at my role I monitor ticket queues we get anywhere from 5-20 a day and they can come in any day of the week. Monitoring tickets requires experience with troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and analysis. The primary focus would be on ensuring that end-users receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. I have also been putting together 1-5 sequence diagrams a week for our work floor processes so that takes a lot of knowledge to do as well. To create sequence diagrams, you need strong technical skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, creativity, effective communication skills, collaboration skills, and knowledge of UML and modeling tools. They play a crucial role in designing and modeling complex software systems and ensuring that the final product meets the requirements and specifications of the project.
