• Recruiting for the Supply Chain and Engineering division of the largest recruiter in the North-East of Scotland. • Recruited for Project Engineers, Technical Sales, Technical Assistants, Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Hydraulic Technicians, Buyers, Purchasing Assistants, Stores/Warehouse etc. • Providing excellent client and candidate care in a timely manner throughout the entire recruitment process. • Building relationships with clients to ensure detailed knowledge of job requirements, person specifications and work culture therefore enabling me to provide the best candidates for selection. • Sourcing, screening, registering, interviewing and referencing candidates. • Given authority to use all methods of advertising available to source relative candidates. • Using effective marketing techniques to attract candidates. • Proactively approaching clients and attending client visits to establish and maintain effective business relations. Meeting with Engineers, Operations Managers, HR managers and recruiters from across a broad range of industries including many of the major Oil and Gas companies in Aberdeen. • Fully utilising in-house candidate database, Elite, inputting details and daily diary entries ensuring work is kept under control and dealt with on time. • Providing local market advice in relation to salaries, quantity of jobs and candidates available. • Working in a professional and organised manner in a fast paced and highly competitive working environment. • Prioritising an ever-changing, high-volume workload. • Consistently meet and exceed individual targets
