Supports Wells Fargo's Commercial Real Estate customer base with structured capital solutions in the form of LP equity, preferred equity, and senior debt. Additionally, provides executions falling outside traditional CRE such as loan-on-loan financing and loan portfolio acquisitions and/or financings.

- Closed $350MM in new loan originations. - Asset-managed a loan portfolio of up to 40 loans which at times exceeded $700MM in commitments and were collateralized by over 8.0MM square feet of office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and self-storage properties located throughout the US. - Prepared Quarterly Summary Reports (QSRs) for all loans under management and presented collateral updates, challenges, and resolution plans to senior management and the credit team. - Prepared Guarantor Financial Reviews which served as an in-depth credit analysis for each guarantor and a guiding document for the Relationship Manager and credit team. Managed and helped train supporting analysts; participated in on-campus University recruiting and candidate interviews.

- Selected by senior management to transition from the Bank’s NPL Asset Management Group to CRE Loan Originations in order to help grow and expand the newly-formed lending platform. - Underwrote and closed loans of $10MM-$50MM for all property types, including loan portfolios and institutional single family residence buy-to-rent companies.

- Southern California-based bank formed by the purchase of IndyMac Bank’s assets from the FDIC in 2009 and the subsequent aggregation of several other FDIC-owned non-performing loan portfolios and bank assets. - Formulated and executed resolution strategies for $100 million in non-performing commercial real estate loans of all product types by working with borrowers, the Bank’s senior management, and third-party professionals.- Executed foreclosures, loan modifications, short sales and discounted payoffs, guarantor and deficiency pursuits, settlement agreements, and bankruptcy resolutions. - Negotiated REO asset purchase and sale agreements and managed the REO disposition process. - Managed portfolio tracking databases for the CREG Asset Management group.

- Multifamily investment firm that currently owns and manages over 4,200 units nationwide. - Sourced, underwrote, and closed multi-family acquisitions of 100 to 700 units; credited for sourcing and closing two off-market opportunities (380 units total) that were purchased at below-market prices. - Prepared investment offering packages and assisted in preparation of subscription agreements and PPMs. - Assisted in the preparation of annual property budgets; reviewed weekly and monthly management reports.- Hired, trained, and managed two acquisition interns.

- Shopping center development and management company with over 4.0MM square feet developed and over 2.5MM square feet under management. - Conducted financial analyses that allowed GFD’s President to make informed decisions on project development and financing. - Closed a cumulative total of $54MM in shopping center debt re-financings.- Managed seven shopping centers totaling 480,000 sq. ft.; created monthly management reports, yearly budgets, and year-end billings for tenants.
