I am responsible for the smooth running of the company from selection of labour and through to the implementation of the our Health and Safety and Environmental Policies.Direct liaison with the client ensuring that a good working relationship is maintained at all times, including with other relevant civilian authorities and bodies to support the maintenance and smooth continuity of work within the division. My appointment involves undertaking all work from pre start contract meetings, through to final account, generating additional work opportunities, ensuring that the jobs are concluded to the quality required and to the customer’s satisfaction, with naturally profitable margins maintained.
