Co-ordinate and manage various function inputs into the Tendering process such as Design, Bill of Quantities production, project delivery based assistance, programming, bottom up pricing, procurement, Health & Safety and assessment of Feedback. Principal duties include managing the estimating process and procedures, agreeing scope and prices for projects with clients’ teams and responsiblity for pricing tender opportunities by implementing estimating strategies on each bid. .
