• MY APPROACH •I am a litigator with Clark Wilson, BC’s law firm for business. I practice in wills, estates and trust litigation. I work with a range of clients. My goal is to support my clients in achieving their objectives through cost-effective and efficient legal means. A strong competitive nature is what drew me into law: I am eager to work hard to find the weaknesses in the other party’s case so that my client can benefit. I bring the same urgency, dedication, and economic-based dispute resolution skills to my litigation matters.A lawsuit can be difficult and distracting for all parties. It is my job to assume my client’s burden, help reduce the stress in their lives and navigate the legal waters, so they can focus on achieving success. I do this by being proactive, creative and never losing sight of the fact that every client is important. My points of pride are my responsiveness, attention to detail, and intuition.• MY PRACTICE •I help wills, estates and trust clients through sensitive and sometimes difficult legal matters, which often involve the death or incapacity of a loved one.
