I am the Senior Creative Director and Head of Department for WebTVAsia Sdn Bhd, I oversee all creative output and teams across the company's portfolio of brands including FilmForce Studio, Prodigee Asia Talent, SocialBox, Flystudio and more. Leading a department of 12, I ensure visual media, graphics, animation, branding, and creative training meet the diverse needs of WebTVAsia's ventures.My department provides vital creative services supporting WebTVAsia's business milestones and productions. Recently, this has involved spearheading creative for two major movie marketing campaigns and delivering creative assets for four completed film projects to date. I have also managed branding and promotion for signature company events like the Web3 Summit. On a daily basis, my team handles video production, graphic design, photoshoots, music videos, press events, and more to elevate WebTVAsia's brand and enhance visual media for clients.With a strong background in creative direction, production, and managing high-performing teams, I bring leadership and innovation to drive forward WebTVAsia's creative output and brand image through emerging technologies like AI. My goal is enabling the company to make a powerful visual impact across media platforms.

As founder and director of Reanimated Studio, Reanimated Productions, and Reanimated Entertainment Sdn Bhd, I built and led a video production company for 10 years. My team of up to 7 produced over 300 projects and countless hours of professional commercial work for 100+ clients. Hands-on production and post-production work honed our professionalism and expertise.Under my direction, we created award-winning original content like our 2015 BMWShorties entry which won Best Editor and Best Actor, while getting nominated for Best Screenplay. I also spearheaded multiple festival-recognized documentaries under our ARCHIVED brand, earning 5 laurels and an Honorary Award from the Prague International Indie Film Festival.With a decade of experience managing a successful creative agency, I trained exceptional teams who delivered premium services. In 2022, Reanimated was acquired by WebTVAsia and now operates under their FilmForce Studio division.I bring leadership in video production and a track record of crafting engaging original films and branded content.

Malaysia

As a video editor and quality assurance editor at Astro Broadcast Berhad, I honed expertise in broadcast editing and compliance. My core duties included daily video editing and enforcing quality standards for all content aired on Astro. I spearheaded training programmers to onboard team members on HD video. I was entrusted with oversight of HD broadcast content. My keen eye and technical skills ensured external materials like advertisements met specifications prior to airing. I leveraged my thorough knowledge of Astro's broadcast standards to fine-tune a wide range of video for delivery on-air and provide training to uphold quality.

As junior producer for Ayria Consulting Sdn Bhd, I independently handled end-to-end video production for a church client. My responsibilities spanned planning, scripting, location scouting, talent hiring, equipment prep, shooting, editing, and publishing weekly videos. Serving as a one-person creative team, I leveraged my versatile production skills to deliver complete high-quality SD videos showcasing my aptitude for efficiently managing solo projects from conception to final delivery.
