I oversee the overall quality of the work from a creative, strategy & design standpoint for print, digital & environmental work. I also work on business development for the company, engaging with clients from Singapore, China, India, Sri Lanka, & the Netherlands.The company started with like-minded design entrepreneurs who saw an opportunity to serve the market with integrated design solutions. I was a crucial part of the business due to my understanding & portfolio of work across major design sectors & the ability to bring them together effectively & cohesively. Successes include growth by winning over new clients from various industries locally & abroad, developing & delivering new digital service offerings, business ventures into sectors not commonly looked at for creative agencies & increase in large scale corporate projects.

I lectured final year design students on the subject of Corporate Identity & Branding. I developed the course outline, created teaching materials & set the briefs for their final semester project.I was invited to guest lecture due to my professional understanding & existing practice in the field of Corporate Identity & Branding and the ability to bring industry experiences & academic fundamentals to the students. I also conduct separate workshops on branding & typography to students in other design practices.

I developed the brand, marketing materials, investor relations presentations, stakeholder onboarding & social media engagement postings for this startup.I joined in a period where it was just founded & faced challenges like scaling up, user growth, maintaining investor & stakeholder confidence & frequent business pivoting. Successes include developing a brand that's flexible enough to swiftly communicate changes in business to stakeholders, swiftly realigning the marketing message to focus on new target markets & successfully convincing a venture capital to take a stake in the business.

I was accountable for the overall creative & design quality of the agency while overseeing a team of 3. I also took care of the strategy & production aspects of each project. I started my first job here & took over as manager when the founders left to grow their business overseas. Overseeing business development efforts while keeping an eye on the quality of the work are among the challenges I faced. Successes include growth in billings of up to 50%, new business ventures, new clients & mentoring staff who eventually started their business practices.
