After joining VersaSuite as a support rep, and learning the software, I was promoted to internal trainer, with responsibilities including software documentation and working on internal and client projects. After approximately a year, I was trusted with working closely with the project manager for a roll out on our two first hospitals, performing the first two hospital on site trainings for the hospitals, and continuing to work with the clients post training to resolve any remaining issues and prepare them for future implementation of additional modules.

In addition to performing training duties including building web based training curriculum, performing webex trainings, overseeing clients progress through setup and answering miscellaneous questions and resolving issues. I've been creating and monitoring on site training plans, performing on site trainings both solo and with another trainer, resolving issues and coordinating with staff at the office to create as smooth a transition for the client as possible. Other responsibilities when not on site include working on upcoming projects to identify issues and prepare training plans, and transferring information back and forth with clients on weekly calls. Checking resolution of bugs, QAing the code releases on a daily basis, performing internal trainings and creating/reviewing documentation.Worked on the design team, and was lead trainer for Security, Payroll, and HR modules.

I prepared, cooked and helped plan large scale banquets (up to 250 people), I also trained, and on-boarded, new employees in certain jobs in the kitchen.

I was involved in the sales, tech support and conference team. I made contacts at educational conferences, worked within the sales and contacts database to prioritize our prospects and submitted enhancement requests to our parent company to develop a software that was in demand in the US from a software suite used primarily in Europe.

I was given the position of store manager of one of our smaller stores (a one person operation for the majority of the year) after approximately 3 months with the company. I was wholy responsible for inventory, submitting all paperwork, maintaining the store and increasing sales. I was the top phone seller for november for our company.
