In Amoco’s Refining and Transportation Engineering Department in Chicago, developed process designs for new and existing refinery equipment. Also provided technical assistance to refinery project teams and process divisions. Utilized computer simulation models to develop alternative strategies and perform economicevaluations of refinery distillation/crude unit processes. Major project was the Texas City Refinery crude unit revamp/increase to 250 mbpd heavy/sour crude.
