The position of Associate at the German Embassy in Pristina entails establishing and maintaining relationships with the Kosovo Serb community, relevant institutions and civil society organizations. It involves closely monitoring media and political developments in Kosovo and the Region, including project management, project evaluation, and translation tasks in Serbian language for all Embassy departments. In-depth analysis of the political situation in Kosovo related to minority communities, along with maintaining close communication and contact with Kosovo Serb political representatives and media outlets, and Serbian Orthodox Church are one of the priorities of the working portfolio. Key issues under scrutiny of my involvement are issues pertaining to rights of non-majority communities: language rights, socio-economic issues, access to services, property rights, and the protection of non-majority cultural and the heritage of the Serbian Orthodox Church. Apart from these, I am involved in social media content creation and maintaining contacts with educational and cultural institutions, development agencies and civil society organizations throughout Kosovo.

As the Head of the Policy Office, Chief Researcher and Project Manager, between September 2018 and November 2023, I was responsible for managing and coordinating projects to ensure they meet their objectives, preparing reports on implementation and finances, coordinating relevant departments (policy and advocacy), analyzing political and socio-economic situation, and monitoring the rights of minority communities in Kosovo. I also wrote short analyses and in-depth research papers on Kosovo's social, political, and cultural dynamics, ensured methodological accuracy and content quality, and managed the organization's social media accounts. In addition, I led and managed public events and gave public speeches (both in the role of guest speaker and moderator), while simultaneously being involved in overall programmatic design of the organization. I was also involved in writing, shaping, designing of the content of public statements issued by NGO AKTIV and the Empirika Advocacy Platform.
