The Medicaid/CHIP Services Division administers Medicaid and CHIP programs to eligible residents, providing critical health services and support to 4.5 million individuals in the state with the highest uninsured rate in the nation.I lead legislative analysis and implementation projects for Program Enrollment & Support, a 200+ person unit dedicated to ensuring eligible individuals are effectively and efficiently enrolled in Medicaid managed care programs. Other responsibilities include general operations management (including developing policies & procedures), broad project management, and the review and development of strategic communications and partnerships within the Medicaid/CHIP Services Division.
