- Managing employee lifecycle (onboarding, data changes, promotions, offboarding etc.)- Answering all HR general inquiries from employees- Supporting all sick leaves, statutory leaves and company-provided leave of absence - Managing absence requests - acting as the first point of contact for employees for any inquiries, updating annual leave balance, verifying and approving absence documents - Ebadu system management as HR Admin (creating and deactivating accounts, assigning to R&D Projects, general support)- Managing employee documentation and paperwork, including Employment Contracts, Occupational Medicine Certificates, Certificates of Employment and employment verification etc. - Owning and driving Poland HR compliance in partnership with COEs- Supporting managers in promotions, data changes, and escalations, including terminations

- ongoing administrative and operational service of the office- invoice handling, document scanning in accordance to company’s systems;- communication with employees (preparation of blog posts, informative announcements, updates);- support for the onboarding procedure of a new employee

People & Culture Team- Owning hiring calendar, scheduling interviews, recruitment events- Managing interviewers and hiring managers availability and daily contact with them- Administrating information, candidate and employee data- Supporting operations in People&Culture TeamOffice Team:- Co-creating and on-boarding new employees- On-going administrative support for employees- Support with occupational medicine- support for new employees in the on-boarding process (medical research, occupational medicine, health and safety, HR and accounting documentation)
